LinkedIn & Me

Hey folks,

I’m a musician who’s also had a long career in the IT world, and so of course, I’ve got a LinkedIn page. I’ve heard a wide-variety of opinions on whether composers and sound designers find LinkedIn to be valuable at all, from “I maintain my page regularly” to “I’ve never used it and never needed to”.

I’m also wondering whether or not to have a separate Game Audio LinkedIn, or to use the same account for both, given that I have tons of SDLC experience which game devs might appreciate as a bonus, especially since this is a newer career for me.

Anyone have any thoughts or experience here?
