Improvised wind protection

I don’t currently have dedicated wind protection for my portable Tascam recorder. So I tried improvising with a couple of cheap foams I have for some cheap SDC mics. And I think they helped a little, but far from a perfect solution.

I’m curious if anyone else has tried any improvised solutions for wind protection and how well did it work?
